the cookie (wo)man =)

while my WHOLE family is off to jambaroo for boxing day .. i decided to kill some time alone

ALONE !!!! T-T

yep and what better comfort is there than cookies ?? peanut choc chip cookies to be exact
comfort food .. mhmmm fattening

i know they seem a little ugly, unappealing, rather unorganised, scattered etc.

thats because i had no choc chips but my cravings got the better of me so i just grabbed that choc bar in the cupboard and chopped it up into little pieces .. thats what i call improvising !! XD

anyway they taste fabulous - crunchy from the peanuts in the peanut butter and delectable from the "choc chips"
i bet you are all thinking .. ha! she's gonna blow up like a balloon after eating all those .. well not exactly ...

i used margarine instead of butter so it is less fattening .. stroke of genius !! (but there is still butter from the PB)
